If you purchase a Labrador at a local pet store, you can pay up to $300. This does not include all the vaccinations and neutering costs. If you throw the cost of the puppy, the vaccinations and neutering costs and the necessary items such as dog food, collar, leash and etc. you can be spending over 500 dollars for the Labrador. Purebred labs usually cost at least $500. Depending on their parentsโ quality, the cost can go up to $900. Female labs usually cost couple hundreds more. It is important to find a breeder that has appropriate AKC (American Kennel Club) documentations.
